Yesterday we finally saw the server at full capacity for over 24 hours. During some of this time all players were experiencing extreme lag issues. We opened a trouble ticket with GameServers.com, our hosting provider. They responded within minutes and offered to move our server to a new IP on a new machine that they think this will solve our issues. Since people were still playing on the server we waited until this morning when it was empty to move the server.

GameServer.com's tag line is ~Frag not Lag~. I'm hoping this isn't simply marketing and that they take pride in providing solid game servers. I'll keep you all updated via this post should anything new arises.

The server has been moved to a new machine and is up and running. We'll see how it goes from here.

So the server has been full at least a couple of times since GameServers switched us to a new machine. I'm happy to report that there have been zero problems since the move!

Sounds familiar with a previous server here, I forget what it was running, but didn't you have serious problems with it too?
The stats site can provide realtime server info, but seems to have trouble connecting to it right now, maybe the IP is wrong.
