Wow. Though the Gov. hasn't signed it yet.
So when do we get to drop the CLEO signature requirement on Form 4's? (this is a BATF issue I believe) |

Yep. There was some rumbling that the ATF was looking to remove the requirement and allow individuals to apply directly to the ATF for approval. That was a year or so ago. no word since that I can find. This would apply across the country, not just NC, though your local laws may determine if such items are legal. |
