If anyone's looking at having more features available to them for recording or streaming you can use the XSplit Beta 2.0 for free till release. It's basically a video production room in a small package.
You can use the NVenc option to record with almost no framerate hit.
Download it HERE
It lets you set up overlays, webcams, watermarks and can stream and record locally.
If anyone needs help setting it up or has questions about it, don't hesitate to ask.
