The problem with all these idiotic laws is like the Affordable Care Act. Instead of telling all HMO's to go fuck off and implementing a single payer system, it's gutted due to wishy-washiness.

Especially harsh since a lot of building is happening right now in Raleigh where the folks fronting the cost are expecting a payoff to come from you techy folk that move into the city for, among other things, its diverse bar scene and rich nightlife.

But I'm hanging out over in my burb making beer and grilling shit, and just literally look down at Raleigh on the rare days that I work in the office. I guess I'll just make some popcorn?
