If you're thinking that you will purchase Left 4 Dead 2 you should consider getting together with 3 other friends to buy the Left 4 Dead 2 - Four Pack for $134.99:

Once you buy the 4 pack you can gift the other 3 copies to friends. This drops the cost of the game to roughly $34 per person which is a real deal for what will be a $50 game (assuming you don't pre-order at all).
The gifting process is extremely easy and works great. Four of us simply used Paypal to send payments to the one who purchased the 4-pack and within 5 min had already "bought" the game. Now we're simply waiting until release time. |

I have a buddy who wants in, but the deadline appears close now. Can you still get those guys to commit?
I bought it but we had too many for a 4some and not enough for 8.
Or is anyone looking for the original l4d, for the same price as on steam? You'd be doing me a favour if you want it, since a friend can buy the bundle pack and gift you the original. |
