It does have a few features you may like, such as a cigar holder, some knee pads, tissues and a breath mint. |

Hi Dan. How do you like Win 8? I got it with an HP I picked up for $700 and found it annoying as hell. So I installed a $5 program that made it look and operate like Win 7. I may even turn fast boot back on. |

Windows 8 is a love hate thing, I found it confusing at first, but things seem to click into place after a while, Id still like the old style back though.
It does have a few neat features hidden away though, like an automatic ste by step creatir, where it records your actions and builds a slideshow automaticly for you, highlighting what you have clicked on / selected. |

Think that was on Windows 7 too ? Under the name of "Problem Steps Recorder" ? Good little utility ..

Hmm not sure, I think the premium pack with all future DLC is a bit expensive, i may wait for the DLC's to come out individually.
On a side note, to play BF3 on my pc, i have to launch t from a web broswer, is this right? seems a bit over complicated that you search for a server in a broswer and then join it and lauch the game at the same time? |

Yeh I was thinking that .... And I never get round to playing the DLC's anyway !
Think that's right. I open origin, select BF3 .. It then opens a web browser for me to select server etc if I remember rightly.
Does seen a bit strange to do it that way, I much prefer the way steam handles the games... _________________
