It doesn't matter if the game allows you to do it - it's still a douche move. All vehicles, including infantry, should be able to engage the rocket truck if it is spotted. When it's in the no-zone your vision is darkened and you can't see the damn truck to even begin to shoot it. Yesterday we had a full squad spending precious minutes away from flags trying to shoot at the rocket truck but instead dying from being out of bounds. The suggestion to use a chopper to counter the rocket truck is absurd - during most games your useless teammates have already taken the chopper anyways. |

While I do agree, most of the time the person in the rocket truck is useless to the team. Unless you're playing conquest small... Unfortunately once people see that or the AA sitting in spawn, the blinders go on. This is the only time I condone using a suicide buggy.
Is there the capability to detect player location? _________________ Anyone seen my banstick?

I agree with NT, its like hiding behind a shield, only people smart enough to equip a suicide buggy can take it down.
If they are firing from the main, they are being unsportsmanlike and, in my opinion are subject to being kicked. |

You shouldn't have to suicide to take out the rocket truck. |

I agree with Dan...farming kills from OB is unsportsmanlike, and should be a kicking.
My $.02, for what it's worth, anyway. _________________ DTC Meetings in TeamSpeak 7:30 pm EST Thursdays. Be there!

It's a douche move, I think there should be a verbal warning if it happens, then a kick. It's part of the game that DICE has created, so it's more of a DC rule then an exploit or anything of that nature. Therefore, it comes natural for douches to do the doucheiest thing allowable in the game, which is taking the rocket truck out of bounds and shooting it. |

I like this idea. The message can be simple. "Hey soandso, you're being unsportsmanlike firing from your main, please move out of your main." |
