It appears they are merging PlanetSide 2 with their all in one plan. It used to be 24.99 I believe, where you get ALL the subscriber games they offer.
So if you sub to PS2 you will get Top Tier access to

EverQuest Next

Landmark is the "we didn't get EQNext out by the end of the year, so we're giving you access to our content creator to build shit, which we may steal for the final game when it comes out in 2020". I was also tempted by alpha. Hoping to get into the beta with 1 of my 4 accounts.
