The new High Population Map List has every Conquest Large map listed except for the Naval Strike maps. Instead of a fuck ton of boats and shit I've put in Carrier Assault Small maps. These reduce the number of flags to 3 for most maps. This map list is randomized once the server switches to it.

I'd like to add in a just a few of the Rush maps we like, such as Pearl Market, Zavod, Flood Zone. What Rush maps would you'd like to see?

I'll also be adding in Pearl Market CTF (6 cap max), because it's cool.

We're still using TDM Normal Mode to seed, though this doesn't seem to be as successful as it was originally. I'm hoping that a combination of football season, Beyond Earth, etc is causing a dip in the BF4 player population.

Those look good NT.

The Map Manager can only support so many maps, once you reach it's limit, it breaks. So to add those maps we may need to look at removing others. Are there any Large CQ maps that need to go?

I guess before we make any final decision we should play through them all again.

Several people on Teamspeak have expressed that they miss some of the more infantry focused maps from Dragon's Teeth. Additionally, I feel that we are all getting used to running more armor on maps such as Silk Road and are enjoying non-infantry focused games. Given all that, I've tried to add maps that have something for everyone. We have a lot of the CQ large maps in the rotation, satisfying our vehicle combat cravings. We also have Dragon's Teeth maps as multiple game modes, CTF, RUSH, and CQ to satisfy our infantry combat cravings. I've removed the Carrier Assault (small) maps for now but if someone really likes them we can add them.

I'm trying to add maps I've heard people mention they like. I've probably forgotten someone mentioning something about how they like some map, so please remind me if you see something missing that you'd like to play.

New maplist includes all of the following maps but the order is randomized:

CQ - Large:

Golmud Railway
Paracel Storm
Operation Locker
Hainan Resort
Siege of Shanghai
Rogue Transmission
Dawn Breaker
Silk Road
Guilin Peaks
Caspian Border
Operation Metro
Pearl Market

CTF:

Caspian Border
Propaganda

Rush:

Propaganda
Flood Zone

While it may seem that we are CQ heavy, let's take a look at the whole list. Of the 22 maps we have listed:
11 maps are infantry focused with little to no vehicles present.
7 maps have a decent balance between infantry and vehicle combat.
4 maps are vehicle heavy.

So to boil it down even further, we have 11 infantry maps and 11 vehicle maps. Hopefully something for everyone.

Please note that we can change the next map at any point, you don't have to wait all night for your favorite map to show up. So if you'd like to play a specific map from the list, let us know and we'll set it as the next map!
