I was able to get the original PureSeeder application to work with Hardline. Download here:

The config file is already set up for our server, so it should just be a matter of extracting the ZIP, editing the INI file with your Hardline username (exclude the clan tag), and running the EXE after loggin into Battlelog using Internet Explorer.
