So I'm trying to join your Battlefield 4 server but apparently I've been banned. I have no idea why I've been banned because the reason is cut off for some reason and I have no recollection of being banned from any of your servers. Please consider unbanning me if the reason is forgivable enough. Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to register on our forums to appeal your ban.
Something that would help us out would be to post a screenshot of the message you get when you try to join our server. If the message is indeed truncated I'd like to see if it's something we can fix so that other players will know why they are banned. Thanks for any assistance with this.
Additionally, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but after my last post you seem unaware of exactly why you were banned. Our rules are not a secret and are posted publicly in multiple places. I encourage you to be aware of our rules and we'll be more than happy to lift your ban. |

I understood that I used the word "faggots" which is against your server's rules. I'm not sure if I didn't realize it was against your rules when I used it or if perhaps I forgot while I was raging, but I apologize for using it. I didn't mean to imply I was banned just for raging about being teamkilled.
This is what I see when I try to join your server. I'm not sure if its an issue just with me or if its a Battlefield issue, but I've seen the same thing on other servers so I'm not sure its something you could fix on your end. |

Thanks for the screenshot. Perhaps our ban reason is too long and gets pushed off the bottom of the page. We'll see if we can correct that for the future.
Your ban is lifted and we'll see you on the server soon. |
